I'll stamp all over 'serious boxer' Paul - Joshua

Anthony Joshua and Jake Paul face-off

The British boxer is set to fight the American YouTuber in an eight-round match which will be streamed in real-time on Netflix.

Briton Anthony Joshua stated he will "dominate completely" the American and "break" his opponent as the two fighters came face-to-face to build hype for next month's bout.

Former two-time world heavyweight champion Joshua meets social media star turned fighter Paul - in what is, by the numbers, a mammoth disparity - at Miami Kaseya Center on December 19th.

Fighter's Mentality

"I plan to break his face and break his body up. I aim to demonstrate I'm superior," Joshua, 35 years old, declared.

"I'll stamp all over him. That's the boxer's mindset.

"I will genuinely try to injure him. That's what I want to do."

Respectful Interaction

In spite of these statements, a relaxed Joshua and social media star Jake Paul - usually known for his dramatics - were respectful and kept it respectful with each other.

Jake Paul rather attacked ex Joshua's rival Francis Ngannou and described him as "ridiculous" after the Cameroonian turned down a bout proposal.

Targeting Fury

Joshua, meanwhile, took aim at British opponent Tyson Fury - and rejected a million-pound wager 'Tyson Fury' says he will place on a victory for Paul.

"[Paul] outshines Fury - he showed up," Joshua stated.

"I give him credit for that."

Serious Opponent

Despite saying he intends to punish Paul, Joshua declined to talk badly about his rival's pugilistic talent.

"Jake is a legitimate boxer," he remarked.

Paul's Background

Jake Paul - who initially became famous on the Disney Channel - has mostly boxed MMA fighters or declining opponents since entering professional boxing.

He was defeated by British fighter Tommy Fury in last year.

Financial Success

However, the relative newcomer is still one of the sport's largest money-making draws, frequently receiving huge earnings.

Forecast and Belief

The 28-year-old anticipated a stoppage in the fourth or fifth round and claimed he would derail the much-anticipated Joshua–Fury fight, which is reportedly under discussion for two years from now.

"The next fight will be myself against Tyson Fury next year," Paul declared.

Physical Disparity

As the two fighters participated in the customary face-off, with their size difference clearly visible, it emphasized just how surprising this complete situation is - and how amazing it is that the bout is really going ahead.
